Does my balance expire?
No. Your balance never expires and there are no monthly or setup fees. Higher top-up tiers include bonus credit.
Can I use my own brand name as the Sender ID?
Yes. Submit a custom Sender ID application in the console; review typically completes within one business day and you will be notified by email. Once approved your brand name appears on recipients' handsets. Free of charge; availability depends on local regulations in some regions.
What payment methods are supported and how fast is credit granted?
Online payment (cards, AlipayHK, WeChat, FPS etc. via our secure checkout) credits instantly. For bank transfer / FPS, upload the payment proof in the order and we verify and credit within one business day, with instant notification. Tier bonuses are credited together; balance never expires.
What is the character limit per SMS?
A single SMS carries up to 70 Chinese characters or 160 Latin characters. Longer messages are split and billed per segment; the console shows the exact segment count before sending.
How are SMS prices set? Do they change often?
We use cost-plus pricing: each destination is priced at actual carrier cost plus a 10% platform fee, converted to HKD and listed transparently. If carrier costs change, the corresponding price updates accordingly; final billing reconciles to actual cost — you are never overcharged.
Does the API support delivery status callbacks?

How is billing handled if a message fails?
Credits are frozen at submission; any message that ultimately fails is automatically unfrozen and refunded to your balance. Billing stays fully transparent.
Why can't I submit a mainland China SMS template?
Mainland China destinations are carrier-regulated: you must first create a sending signature filed under your company credentials (business licence + legal representative ID). Carrier review takes about 1-2 business days. Once approved, select the "Mainland China" region in the Template Library, bind that signature, then submit. Note: mainland supports verification/notification templates only (no promotions). International (incl. HK) SMS requires no filing — instant review, suitable for testing.
